We respectfully write to you in order to express our objection to the recent agreement reached by the U.S. Receiver and his attorneys, the Official Stanford Investors Committee, and the underwriters at Lloyd's of London. The continued delay in distribution from previous agreements has further frayed any trust the victims have in the Receiver and his attorneys.
