Tribunal Fija Audiencia para Aprobar Convenio de Síndicos de Stanford

EL TRIBUNAL FIJA LA FECHA PARA LA AUDIENCIA SOBRE LA MOCION  DE DISTRIBUCION Y LA MOCION PARA APROBAR EL CONVENIO ACORDADO Y EL PROTOCOLO TRANSFRONTERIZO.

El 19 de marzo, 2013, el Juez Godbey registró una orden judicial fijando la audiencia a la moción del Síndico de los Estados Unidos para aprobar una distribución intermedia y la moción conjunta del Síndico, el Examinador, la SEC y el Comité Oficial de Inversionistas de Stanford para aprobar el Convenio Acordado y el Protocolo Transfronterizo registrado con los Liquidadores Conjuntos de Antigua.

La moción para ambas audiencias está fijada para el jueves 11 de abril, 2013 a las 9:00am. La audiencia se llevara a cabo en la Corte No. 1505, 1100 Commerce Street, Dallas, Texas 75242.

De acuerdo a la Orden del Juez Godbey, cualquier parte, incluyendo cualquier inversionista en CDs de Stanford u otro reclamante, puede enviar una respuesta por escrito a la moción conjunta, pero debe hacerlo a más tardar el 28 de marzo, 2013 a las 5:00pm hora de Dallas [horario diurno central]. La Orden del Juez Godbey ratifica claramente que el Tribunal no escuchará argumentos, objeciones o comentarios de ninguna parte (incluyendo los inversionistas en CDs de Stanford o cualquier otro reclamante) que no haya registrado una respuesta por escrito a la moción conjunta.
