El 19 de mayo de 2026, el Secretario del Tribunal Federal del Distrito Norte de Texas registró formalmente mi carta del 6 de mayo de 2026, titulada: "Re: Submission of Petition, Signatures, Testimonies, and Documentation Regarding the Stanford Financial Receivership — Case No. 3:09-cv-00298-N", como Documento 3594. Esto significa que mi escrito fue aceptado para su presentación y ahora forma parte del expediente judicial oficial. El US Receiver ha publicado mi escrito y su respuesta en el sitio web de la administración judicial: https://stanfordfinancialreceivership.com/#Escalona.

Esta presentación provocó que tanto el US Receiver como el Examiner designado por el Tribunal presentaran respuestas formales. On May 19, 2026, the Clerk of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas formally registered my letter dated May 6, 2026, titled: "Re: Submission of Petition, Signatures, Testimonies, and Documentation Regarding the Stanford Financial Receivership — Case No. 3:09-cv-00298-N," as Document 3594. This means my submission was accepted for filing and is now part of the official court record. The Receiver has published my submission and his response on the Receivership website: https://stanfordfinancialreceivership.com/#Escalona.

This filing prompted both the U.S. Receiver and the Court-Appointed Examiner to submit formal responses. The Receiver filed his response on June 1, 2026 (Document 3607). The Examiner filed his response on June 4, 2026 (Document 3609), and emailed me a copy. The Receiver did not publish the Examiner's response on his website. All of these filings are registered on the docket and can only be accessed through the PACER system.

Rather than address the evidence I presented, the Receiver's attorneys resorted to a personal attack, writing that Mr. Escalona "is not a claimant himself." Some people have forwarded that same paragraph, without a single word of their own, as if quoting the Receiver were an argument.

It is not.

The facts speak for themselves: Document 3594 is on the court docket. The Receiver was forced to respond. The Examiner was forced to respond. That is not the work of someone without a voice in this process. That is the result of demanding accountability.

Those who have no arguments of their own forward the attacks of others. I present facts.

Actualización importante sobre fechas de vencimiento / Important Update on Check Expiration Dates

Español: Los cheques que están llegando después del 1 de junio tienen una nueva fecha de emisión del 26 de mayo de 2026 y vencen el 24 de agosto de 2026. Esto significa que los destinatarios internacionales podrían tener tiempo adecuado para cobrar estos cheques antes del 24 de agosto. Sin embargo, les recomiendo verificar con su banco local los tiempos de procesamiento para cheques en dólares estadounidenses, ya que la compensación bancaria corresponsal todavía puede tomar varias semanas.

English: Checks arriving after June 1 carry a new issue date of May 26, 2026 and are void after August 24, 2026. This means international recipients may have adequate time to clear these checks before the August 24 deadline. However, I strongly urge you to double-check with your local bank regarding their processing times for U.S. dollar-denominated checks, as correspondent banking clearance can still take several weeks.

For those in the United States still awaiting higher-value checks, please notify me when you receive yours so I can confirm the issuance and expiration dates.

Likewise, please report when you receive your international wire transfers—particularly in Latin America, the Caribbean, and any other part of the world.

Esta no es la distribución final / This Is Not the Final Distribution

Español: A pesar de que el Receiver llama a esta la "Distribución Final", el Examiner admitió en su respuesta (Documento 3609, Párrafo 10) que los $8.1 millones de fondos suizos —recibidos por el Receiver el 17 de diciembre de 2025 bajo el Protocolo Transfronterizo de 2013— podrían haberse incluido en esta distribución, pero el Receiver decidió no hacerlo. English: Although the Receiver calls this the "Final Distribution," the Examiner admitted in his response (Document 3609, Paragraph 10) that the $8.1 million in Swiss funds —received by the Receiver on December 17, 2025, under the 2013 Cross-Border Protocol— could have been included in this distribution, but the Receiver chose not to. The Receiver himself confirmed this in his response (Document 3607, page 8): these funds "will be distributed in accordance with the above-quoted provisions" in a future residual round. This means that after this distribution, there will still be at least one additional round. This is not the final distribution.
